Booking an Appointment

Before booking, we do ask that you take a look at our policies below.

Mint Policies

Online Booking Policy

To book an appointment online, we do ask for a credit card to secure the appointment. Your credit card information is encrypted and stored with the credit card merchant service on a secure server. At no time your credit card information is visible to staff members.

Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to us – they are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes things come up and adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, you provide a 48-hour notice. In the event you need to cancel, reschedule, or are running behind, you must contact the salon immediately. Any cancellations or reschedules with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of the appointment price.

Late Arrivals

We reserve your appointment time just for you, as we do for all of our lovely guests. A late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service so as to not disrupt the bookings of the following guests. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, We may need to reschedule or alter services, and fees may apply (including cancellation or service charges).

No Shows

No shows will be charged 100% of the appointment price.

Service Re-dos

We strive to offer guests the highest level of care and satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we’ll be happy to correct the issue at no additional charge. Please note, there are no refunds on services. Changing your mind on a look is not considered an adjustment, along with not achieving the desired result in one service, when it was discussed that it may take a couple of services. We do, however, want you to be 100% happy with your hair. If you have any questions about the above, please contact Lisabella directly.

Retail Purchases

In the event you made a retail purchase that does not fit your needs, we accept retail exchanges at full credit within 15 days of purchase. The item must have at least two-thirds of the product remaining to be eligible for return. Note: there are no refunds on products purchased at a discount.

Kiddos

We love kids. However, if your kiddos are not receiving a service, we ask that you kindly leave them at home. Mint Salon & Spa is a great place for adults to relax, but because there is limited space, chemicals, sharp shears and hot tools, it’s not a great play space for children. Alternatively, you’re welcome to bring another adult to look after them while you’re receiving your service.

Phones

Our salon offers Wi-Fi and you’re welcome to it. Though please keep your phone on silent when possible, and keep phone conversations to a minimum so we can provide a relaxing environment for all guests.

Before and After Pictures

In the event that any of our hair artists ask for before and after pictures, it will be very likely that they can be posted on Social Media as a tool to grow each one's business.  To accept taking the pics is an immediate approval. Declining to take pictures initially, is your way of protecting your decision of not being exhibited on any Social Media platform. Please know that we do not get offended.

Decency Policy

Mint Salon and Spa is an inclusive space that is built on respect for both staff and clients. Bigotry, racism, or sexism will not be tolerated.
