Upon Arrival
You’ve arrived! Let us pour you a coffee or tea while you take a seat and soak up our tranquil, light-filled space. It’s always nice to be a little early. That way you can shed the day and fully relax into “me time”.
Consultation
Our consultation allows you to convey what you’re looking to achieve. We chat about your lifestyle, hair goals, how you’d like to look and feel… all the things that matter. We then discuss how we’ll achieve your look. We plan all services according to your time frame, budget, and hair health, and will always communicate openly to keep expectations realistic.
The Experience
If we’re doing color, it will be custom-formulated according to your desired result. Once your color is applied, enjoy lounging with a magazine and a beverage while it processes. A soothing shampoo and a luxurious scalp massage will follow, before we head back to the chair to finish up your new look. A maintenance schedule will be suggested and we’ll give you styling recommendations for your new mane.
